What we check on every visit
Every visit follows the same checklist, whatever your plan; it's what your subscription actually pays for.
Basic
- Exterior walls, roof, and gutters: storm or water damage
- Windows, doors, and locks: signs of forced entry
- Plumbing: visible leaks, water pressure, meter reading
- Electrical system: panel, wiring, and any safety hazards
- Solar panels and batteries, if installed: charging and power cycling
- Pest check: signs of infestation
- Interior humidity and mold check
- Garden and exterior grounds: overgrowth, drainage, general condition
- Utility bills: any overdue notices posted at the property
- Full photo and video documentation, logged to your account

Same checklist as Basic, just more often (3 visits a year instead of 2).
